Previous one star issue was admittedly fixed, so far. Lately though it's just not working at all. The thermostat part has never worked, and the one functional thing unlocking and locking the door no longer works in app. Just a message that says "this is taking longer than expected." I was forced into this system by my apartment complex. I just want a freaking key again.

It worked for a little while in the beginning, but it's not accurate anymore when reporting when the door is locked, the thermostat temperature, etc. 90% of the time, I have to check to make sure the app actually worked because it gives false readings A LOT. The only thing that actually works for the most part is unlocking the door for visitors and having a separate code for them. Other than that, I do not trust this app. It works from what I understand? But too many false reports.

The app and service is good but only when it works. It is always going down or saying the home is offline which is very frustrating. This app has only decreased is functionality! I cannot even sign in now it just freezes at the sign on screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still can't get signed in. I even wasted time changing my password. Nothing is working! Extremely frustrating.
