The Radio Stations of the Brazilian Association and Television has the mission to defend freedom of expression in all its forms, as well as defending the interests of broadcasters, their powers as executors of public services, as well as their rights and guarantees; emphasize the principles appropriate to the Brazilian broadcasting, especially its educational expressions, cultural, civic, informational and recreational; postulating the adoption of legal and judicial measures to protect and support the moral interests and broadcasting materials.

Finally, the Association's mission is to represent the broadcasting and establish exchanges with the state similar entities, national and international congresses, conferences, conventions, lectures and competitions promoted by governmental or non-governmental entities.
