Three MAJOR issues: 1. Credits were taken for questions I asked. But my questions never got answered. Just showed the AI was typing and never actually gave me anything. Waste. 2. Tried to give feedback but nowhere to find that. Tried to delete account and give reason, but my keyboard kept disappearing. No reason. Just disappear. Multiple times. Waste. 3. Couldn't delete account. Just kept giving an error but no reason for the error. Hope you get these ironed out so others don't go through this!

Awful. Ads take up entire phone screen and cannot be moved or cancelled or reversed out of. They freeze your whole screen, shut your phone down, and have zero relationship to your legal issue or type of lawyer you need. Every other line is another smaller ad, and it makes it impossible to find anything. The copy button does not work here, so you'll need a camera to take photo of phone screen. They say they'll copy a list of cases, but they don't copy it. It can't be highlighted either.

A legitimate app, that answers, questions that I've needed for pro se cases, this allowing me to win, and its user interface isn't terrible either, there are ads and there are limitations for consistent usage, however I give it a five-star knowing that in this industry there's a need to make money and a need to fund the project itself, thank you for saving me through a pro se case, please proceed to do whatever you want.
