This app just got worse. It is constantly and randomly stopping in the middle of reading and then will suddenly pick up where it left off several minutes later, play for about 30 seconds and then stop again. I like listening to books while I'm driving and cleaning; it is no longer enjoyable to do so. It also suddenly turns on when I never even said the name, when I pause a book and then tell it to continue it starts to play music instead, alarms I set on my phone play elsewhere.
UI changed where groups are no longer prominent and we have to do an extra click on "See All". Give us the option to customize our UI to show what matters most to each different user! Also app constantly freezes and glitches if you don't have a steady internet. On a phone you constantly encounter dead zones and cell to WiFi switchovers so this app needs to be more intuitive. In an age of AI Alexa used to be queen. Now they are lagging behind.
Yup, dev broke it again. It was working pretty well for a while. Now it's pretty useless. Maybe dev will fix it for next month's update and break something else. Can't wait to see... Ok, maybe it's not all broken, just the part that I use. Music. I listen to channels. When I like a song I hit the up thumb and the song is added to a Playlist called "my likes". When I play the "my likes" playlist on my Echo, I could use the Alexa app to see what's playing. And hitting the submenu see the Playlist
