The main vector of information in a small town is the municipal bulletin, often published once a year and supplemented by a few quarterly letters. It is a medium to which citizens are attached. It is essential. More and more dynamic panels are also placed in strategic places. But the information is often succinct and waits for citizens to read it. Word of mouth is a good technique too, but is it always of quality?

This is why for more than 2 years, we have been studying the needs of municipalities:

AppCom was therefore created to quickly and dynamically exchange information

between the actors of the municipality and the inhabitants. The information is brought directly to citizens, via their smartphone or tablet. This service is mainly dedicated to small and medium-sized municipalities wishing to use an innovative, customizable, fast and dynamic means of communication. AppCom works through two tools: the management website and the application.

A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation. The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process. XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.
