An application that is very easy in registering an account but very difficult to close an account. I've tried contacting customer service via WhatsApp, but they can't help me close my account because the account closure feature can't be used temporarily. Hopefully Astra Pay will immediately fix it, because in my opinion applications that do not help users close their accounts are very not recommended. If you want to use it only for short term use, I really don't recommend it. Done uninstall it
You are forced into using this useless app If you want your insurance cashback. I get the cash back.I use it wherever then I leave the app alone until next year. You are forced in using it not want to use it.
I just installed the app and it keeps crashing each time I enter my phone number and press continue. Practically useless unless the developer fixed the issue.
