BE automatically re-checked the trip insurance when I unchecked it. And they have been charging me without me knowing. It's really lame to cheat their users like that. BE has been STEALING vdn 32k over 9 trips from me like that. I sent 3 emails to them about this checkbox issue. They ignored me.
Drivers often cancel. Maps are very slow to update. One moment the taxi is far away. The next update is when it's in front of you. Takes a long time to find you a taxi. This app is not ready for public use. Interface is buggy.
Terrible customer service experience. I received the wrong food order from a restaurant, and instead of quickly remedying the problem, the customer 'service' team takes the user on a 6 Day merry-go-round of finding out who's to blame. Grab and Gojek quickly responds to the customer and produces a happy result. BE doesn't do this. The customer service team is just as useless as the drivers on this platform
