Comments about BigMIND - Cloud Backup Android Version

So far so good. This is one of MANY cloud style storage apps I have, and by far the easiest to find what I'm looking for. I have the home/personal version, but intend to upgrade to the business version; which is—by far, the least expensive I've found. In fact, it's literally pennies a month, and it doesn't matter if my team has it. It doesn't matter if they're accessing a handheld device, Android, Apple/Mac, Windows, ect. IOS this smart app will adjust. And security is top notch.

I have used this product for several months thinking I was getting all my data backed up. It kept showing it was backing up and how many items,etc. WRONG!! I accidently deleted some phone numbers and went to restore them. When I went to the folder to choose what to restore, there was nothing in the folder! I checked all the other folders and discovered that NOTHING was backed up. I immediately contacted tech support. I have NOT heard back from them. I am now trying to get refund.

Still getting use to the app, but so happy to have found an app that allows me to combine photos from all different places. I really hope that eventually, other sites, apps, cloud services, etc. will become available to choose from to backup photos. Also, people sometimes have multiple accounts (might have multiples of certain Social Media accounts, multiple Google accounts, etc), so to be able to add more than one Facebook, or multiple Google Photos/Google Drive accounts, would be awesome.
