This online facility is so helpful and kind! never once have I felt judged or put down for my situations! I feel comfortable enough to really talk to the care coaches and peer coaches! I have and will continue to recommend people needing services to check out Boulder! it's so convenient and easy to do from home! You just need to have WiFi access!
The first few months with Bolder was perfect absolutely no issues. The past month with them taking on more and more clientele I've experienced a provider cancellation at the last second which was a little hectic. I also had the wrong type of medicine called in once. Overall way less stressful and easy going than any other place I went to. However it's not perfect and has some issues.
10/10 highly recommend. it's super convenient, yes have had 3 different providers since coming on, but each one was a smooth transition to the next. idk how much I've saved on gas money. Shoot I can do my appt while I'm working. Everybody I've had the pleasure of having in my recovery team, have been so nice, which may seem basic, but it's not something we always get, being treated with kindness.
