This app sucks. The user profiles are confusing and unnecessary, it doesn't take you straight to your book so you have tons of unnecessary clicks, won't show you have far along or how much you have left of the book, the speeds aren't as flexible as other apps, it's super buggy and difficult to download books, and worst it feeds the wrong wait-list to my library app so you think theirs a limited wait and then place a hold and it's way longer. Wish there was another option
I need to be able to download my books to listen to offline. This app cannot manage to actually download the audiobooks. Followed their "fix" for it repeatedly, tried re-downloading, app claimed it downloaded them, 10 minutes later they are no longer downloaded. Really annoyed that my library switched to this app rather than the more reliable ones they had been using.
Awful app. Yes, it plays audiobooks, but poorly. Unlike other similar apps, you need to reopen your book every time you open the app, it loses bookmarks, it does not have 1.75 speed, it stops playing periodically for no reason, sometimes it resets back to an earlier point while playing, which is infuriating , you can't see the total time left in the book, and has other problems. Garbage, and the worst app I need to use.
