Playing Downloaded Videos is a nightmare! After each update the experience on this section is getting worse! Now when we go to home screen while playing the video and then return to the video, the searching circle or whatever it's called never goes! We have to quit the app and restart the app! In short they have to work a lot on the "download section".😠
Website and also app both sucks I have to refresh 3-4 times in 1 video on website And in app when you lock your screen once then the loading button appears and keeps loading (infinity). Then i have to reopen the app again This kind of things hamper studies a lot. We get frustrated and then stop studing. Pliz fix this . """ Edit""" --" the loader screen is fixed now in app. But in website some times video error occurs.
The app takes time to reload when we are switching back to it. And the downloading gets stopped or slowed when we leave the app to let the downloading be completed in background. Please fix this issue. Edit- Now if we are switching back to the app than buffering will goes on. And I've to close the app and reopen it again. Now it become so irritating that whenever I leave the app and comes back to app it keeps loading and that buffering sign will not be removed. Then I've to close and open again
