After selection, unclear what part is deal with Carla, and what with car rental. After clicking back, so results and saved cars were gone. Search not working anymore. Nice idea but needs work. And swiping hundreds of cars is a terrible idea. Just show the list.

Took my money and charged my card for car rental reservation with Thrifty, maximum coverage and roadside assistance. Went to pickup, Carla did not make any reservations with Thrifty or their affiliate, Dollar, the reservation numbers I was given were not even correct format for their system. Also snuck in a second unauthorized charge of 19 for Plus membership. Refusing to refund. Offered some "CarlaCash"🤬SCAM ALERT!!! will update IF they ever put in their due diligence to make things right.

I am not sure how they got a 4.5 rating...there is NO LIVE customer support, the deposit amount is not accurate...I paid for additional insurance and got a quoted an entirely different very higher...now when I try to cancel they dont want to refund my credit card but give me credit and I dont want this app stuff and cancel all of it and refund my card not any carla credit!!!
