App is easy to use. Camera live feed is a bit behind, but can't really complain to much about a wireless setup. Still pretty nice. Motion detection and alerts are really quick. The biggest part I have an issue with is you can't get rid of the clip counter. Mine was sick at 9 for the longest time, now it's 21. If and when this gets fixed I'll adjust my rating accordingly.
There is no batch download of the clips, also another problem still facing is a notification priority via bluetooth, but I think this is LG issue more than blink. It's annoying to have to select each clip to download rather than select some or all. Another issue is the sensitivity, it takes a person to be already in and half way out of range for the cameras to capture someone, by that time, the person is nearly out of range, and it takes too long to send data to the app when it does.
I've had the Blink door bell for a couple of years. It has always worked well. I added a second wireless camera to my back yard and connected to the sync module 2. This also worked well for awhile.
