As others have reported, attempts to delete records consistently fail. The solution is to disable the trash function in the app settings. Unwanted files can then successfully be deleted from within the app. Another problem that appears to have started with the latest update is that whenever I start or end a recording the phones default notification tone sounds loudly with no apparent way to silence it within the app. Only solution is to block all notifications from the app. Quality of recording is great. Location where recordings are saved can be set within the app. A good app with a few quirks that need sorting out. Developer doesn't appear to respond to questions re problems but still the best that I have found.

This is a terrific app! I use this in my language class where I can record the teacher and then listen repeatedly to work on my pronouncation and tones. The best part is the ability to edit sections of a conversation or lesson into separate files to isolate particular words or phrases. This has been a great aid for me! I recommend it highly!
