it is working perfectly. When the app is not working, Surfshark customer service suggest me to use manual connection, that is working perfectly. for me, instructions to manual connection setup is easy to understand and implement. but, after reading some bad reviews, I think it is a little bit complicated for dummies

Not working in Turkey. So yeah , once connected my dns changes to the Netherlands , no changes to ip , and no changes to websites i can open. Wikipedia is blocked here and this tool is doing nothing. Or maybe pushing that one single switch wrong?!?! Update : I'm satisfied with the explanation they have provided me. Changing my rating because although this might not be useful in Turkey and other similar countries but still some people might get some good use from it for FREE!!

Installed on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908U). It installs fine, but upon launch when asked to create a VPN tunnel, the app hangs, then force quits. Tried several times to reopen and select another server, the screen flashes white several times and then hangs. The Android system then indicates battery usage for this app is extremely high. This doesn't appear to be working for my device, so I have uninstalled it.
