Comments about Daily Wire Android Version
Good content app is frustrating. The app ALWAYS starts playing when you disconnect from a Bluetooth device. If you pause it, it does not stay paused once disconnected. Whenever it connects to my car and I turn the car off and get out, it starts to play. Also it almost never saves the spot you were at when you stop watching. If you don't finish the show and plan to watch later you need to write down the timestamp.
Continually Locks Up. The latest upgrade has made this app virtually unusable. I get 2 or 3 minutes of content, then the spinny circle. And it never stops. I have to close the app and open it back up to load it again and try to find where I was at in the video or audio because it starts back at the beginning. I'm going to have to go back to YouTube. And all this after PAYING for the content. Not pleased. AND not buying a new phone for every major app update. I'll get the news elsewhere, thanks.
Love the content but the app drives me crazy. I use it mostly in the car and it is tedious. There is no bookmarking to pickup where I left off, episodes are not marked after listening, and often when I switch to a different app and go back DW resets and I lose my place in what I was listening too. Also, it does not pause when I receive a phone call. Integrating the 30 sec. skip with standard steering wheel control would be nice. It won't make me drop my membership but the app needs work.
