I'm trying to buy storage but my cards keep getting declined. My bank isn't letting the transaction go through

Seems some issue has come up, not able to upload any file since last 2 days , constantly getting Something went wrong error and also not able to delete any file or move them. Please look into this issues first then only the reward program can help

Private key needs to be short 6-8 characters,at present it is very difficult to remember or note down,even if it is somehow saved it is not accepted the next time and a new key has to be created,also a web version is required
