Content wise, this app is amazing. BUT, its always a gamble if the video player is going to work or not. The amount of errors I get per video is starting to annoy me. You can see how this becomes an issue when a user rent a content for a few hours, but unable to watch due to constant video player errors. Otherwise, its a good app. Please fix.
videos can't be played on wifi, I have to use my own mobile data. It's a bit unreasonable considering I have to pay to be able to watch some of the videos on this app, but I still have to use mobile data to be able to watch the video, which of course means I'm still spending more money.
I can't do verification. They said they will send verification code in email, but haven't received one since few days ago.
