Comments about Dr. iQ Android Version
Very complicated app. Not easy to set a doctor appointment. In fact need to do a complete research on it to set a doctor appointment. I set this through selecting a random option 'headache' . This may help others to set an appointment.
None of the services I need are available on the app. There's no way of booking an appointment to actually see someone or letting the Dr know what's wrong so that it can be triaged for someone to get back to you. it's been pretty useless and I think the only way to make an appointment properly is going to be for me to go into the surgery and talk to a receptionist there in person.
The app has the option to book online consultations, but they have all been "unavailable due to high demand" for over a year now. What's the point of having the option and redirecting patients to the app when you can never actually book an appointment through it?? Useless app
