Ever since the update, all my coins were gone and I tried to check in and watch ads to get my coins back. I did get it back in fact, but when I try to play genshin, it's just black screen and saying reconnecting, I would've rate this 5 star if that hadn't happened. I would like it to be fixed. That way, I can change my rating to 5 star again. That's the only thing that's been bothering me and I can't play because of that. Everything is good actually, just fix the black screen and the reconnect.

It was good at first. However, in the latest update, they changed the coin upgrading system that has now 2 types of coins, F coins and the regular coins. F coins are for gametime and you can get them by buying them with regular coins. Now, my problem is, that 1 ad you get 10 coins and the limit of these ads are only 5! and you have to buy 30 F-coins for 300 coins! that is only 15 minutes of gametime! Now i think that is so unfair to players that can't afford the VIP thing with real money!

At first, it was good, yes, unfortunately when the last update came, whenever i would play genshin, i have to log in over and over again and do things to really acess my account again, it's annoying, and second, the loading screen of genshin is taking like 10 minutes and it's a waste of time, i honestly want to play genshin so bad and i wasted my time on this, please fix this
