GASU Description
App to support the GASU Online course, which is the digital version of GASU - Advanced Management in Emergency Services, carried out in person since 2014 by the EHS group and GBCR (Brazilian Risk Classification Group). The program has already trained more than 1,500 professionals and has already impacted more than 200 health services.
The objectives are: Understand the current scenario of Emergency Services; Understand the main reasons for the disconnected flow within the Emergency Services with the hospital back office; Know new concepts and theories about operational improvement through Lean in Health Care; Know the tools to implement improvements in the operational flow; Learn about new management models and best practices in Emergency Services.
Course contents: Lean in health. New service models. Value in Health. Operational management of emergency services. Management of flows and processes to reduce emergency room overcrowding, in addition to improving the quality of care and the efficiency of allocated resources. How to do more with the same resources.
3 certificates are offered, with a workload of 12h, 60h and 120h.
