Worked good until the subscription was about to expire so I followed the link to renew, paid for subscription and now no longer works. Tried to contact several ways with no reply. No help available.

The live video is not working for months, saying Gooserver connection timeout. It rarely works. The video playback is slow, fast forward does not work properly.

Payment problem, my camera cloud serviece is expired so i was going to buy it from app but when i try to pay with paypal jus a blank screen comes and when i try with card it tells card is declined as i filled all card. Details right Plz fix this as soon as possible i nned a cloud serviece plz
