A great convenience! Easy to use and always available. No more hassles with the ticket booths, especially since a lot of them are inoperable, at times. No more having to search for your ticket since it's right on your phone. Of course you must have a valid Credit/Debit Card on the App or pay the DART Store money to put into your account. Great App!

It is decent as far as using it in Lubbock Texas, with a few flaws in the app itself. Bus tracking system is slow or won't update locations often enough to provide more than a rough idea. When using the on demand system, it forces the purchase of a pass, then when boarding, doesn't show paid. Also an on demand driver couldn't find me because the automatic gps location was off by a few numbers, didn't call me but marked me as onboard, taking my money. I had to reschedule, wait, and pay again

This app is loading the screen to pay for tickets, it's stays on a white blank page. It needs to be fixes I can't get a ticket
