Green Cities Description
The Green Cities app helps citizens, service providers, and government agencies better manage public needs and services. Citizens can report the issues they encounter around the city. Reports are sent directly to the service provider, hired by the governmental agency, who will then allocate the necessary resources to solve the issue. Citizens can track the progress of the service all the way to its completion. This is democracy and citizen engagement at their very core. The Green Cities app gives citizens the power to be an active part of the process, and service providers the ability to use their resources more effectively.
