- VPN Service: As the goal of this application is to provide a secure, user-friendly and efficient tunneling client, we need this permission to be able to route the traffic via tunnel to the remote server.
- QUERY ALL PACKAGES: This permission is used to allow users to include or exclude specific applications for tunneling.
- RECEIVE BOOT COMPLETED: This permission can be enabled or disabled from app settings to activate this application upon device boot.
- POST NOTIFICATIONS: This permission is essential as we employ a foreground service to ensure the continuous operation of the VPN service.
- This application is free from advertisements. The analytics and crash data only occurs with the explicit consent of the user in the first use of application.

Comments about Hiddify Android Version

New Update can not resolve hostname used as proxy:port in config. But works when IP is used as proxy:port. Please check and fix!

It would be much more convenient if service mode option was located on apps start page. That way user will be able to quickly switch between vpn and proxy mode. I prefer proxy mode for telegram because it consumes much less battery power, but some apps like Whatsapp does not support this type of proxy so I need to switch mode regularly.

The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process. XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.
