ANGERING AT BEST. I would love to know, why 75 videos under the Gallery Tab simply do not play? Just as important, why does the app AUTOMATICALLY revert back to recording 30 secs? I change it 3-4 times a day. I think it's quite obvious that this is intentional, as it does get saved on thier cloud. Shameful. I have logged out, in, out, repeatedly. Those videos simply do not play using the hubble app or using any other app

I have had so many issues with this app, first off, the pause button will take up to 5 seconds after hitting the pause button or it'll just never pause in general. Second off, the camera will disconnect and it would take forever to reconnect, this is very unsafe for when parents need it to stay connected to make sure their child/children, are safe at all times.

I would love to have full access to all the features thus has to offer but 8$ a month is a bit much! After already spending almost 200$ on this monitor it's a shame you have zero access to video recalling or anything really then active monitoring. This isn't right in my opinion.. I would have bought a different monitor had I known this previously. FYI to all parents on a budget...
