ImpCalc Description

ImpCalc is a full-featured calculator for woodworkers and others who use imperial measurements (e.g. 1/8, 1/16, etc.). The calculator has a very intuitive UI for entering measurements and performing arithmetic operations almost exactly like a regular calculator with the added ability to deal elegantly with imperial fractions. Not only will the calculator perform the arithmetic, but it will also round to the nearest imperial fraction that you prefer. Features:

- Full arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Can enter numbers as either fractions or decimal
- Rounds to nearest 1/8", 1/16", 1/32", or 1/64" (1/16", 1/32", and 1/64" require subscription)
- Can enter numbers in feet and inches (e.g. 3' 6")
- Can enter numbers as metric millimeters (e.g. 250mm, press metric button, instantly converts to imperial)
- Always displays decimal and metric (mm) conversion
- Light and dark themes
- Complete history of operations
- Standard calculator memory and memory operations (clear, add, subtract, recall)
- Actual decimal value (unrounded) of calculation displayed (requires subscription)
- Can run full arithmetic expressions with geometric and math functions (e.g. sin, cos, powers, square root, etc.) (requires subscription)
- Create/Copy/Edit/Delete arithmetic expressions that can be assigned to any of six function keys (requires subscription)

Works exactly like a regular calculator with a few additions:

To specify the nearest rounding value, press one of the rounding toggles under the digit display (1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64). The selected rounding value has an orange bar under the button. All arithmetic operations will be rounded nearest to that value. (you may select any of the five values during the trial period, but a value other than 1/8 may not be selected unless you pay for a subscription)

To enter a fraction of inches, press the "n/x" button to enter the numerator, and press it again to enter the denominator. You can enter a whole number first, if desired, to enter a mixed number.

To enter a number as decimal, enter a whole number, press the "." button, and enter the decimal portion. You can then press the equals button to see the imperial equivalent rounded to the nearest value specified by the rounding toggles instantly, or press one of the operations buttons to perform arithmetic with that value.

To enter a value as feet and inches, enter the number of feet as a whole or decimal number and press the "FT" button. The display will convert the value to feet if it was entered as a decimal and show the foot indicator ('), and you may then enter inches (or press one of the operation buttons).

To convert a metric value in millimeters to fractions of an inch, enter the number as a whole or decimal number and press the "MM" button. The display will instantly convert the measurement in millimeters to imperial feet and inches.

The display always shows the decimal equivalent of what was entered or calculated under the main digit display as well as the metric equivalent (in millimeters) right next to that. If an arithmetic operation results in a value that isn't exactly an imperial value (e.g. 3 5/16" divided by 3), the actual decimal value (in this case, 1.1042) will be displayed to the left of the rounded imperial decimal value below the main digit display (a subscription is required for this feature). This only appears when arithmetic operations result in non-exact imperial values.

As in most calculators, the red "C" (clear) button clears the entry and any pending operation. The "CE" (clear entry) button, to the right of the "C" button clears just the current entry. The "⌫" (backspace) key erases the digits entered from right to left -- if you've begun entering a fraction (with the "n/x" button), it will erase the denominator digits, then the numerator digits, then the whole number digits, depending on how many times you press it.

To see the history of operations, press the "HIST" key.

Yes, ImpCalc follows the Google Play content guidelines to ensure safe use on your Android device.

What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the ImpCalc I downloaded is an XAPK file?

Open up

A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation. The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process. XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application. On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.

Can I play ImpCalc on my computer?

Open up

Yes, you can play ImpCalc on your computer by installing LDPlayer, an Android emulator. After installing LDPlayer, simply drag and drop the downloaded APK file into the emulator to start playing ImpCalc on PC. Alternatively, you can open the emulator, search for the game or app you want to play, and install it from there.
