Become an iReporter of Czech Television!
Send not only current news videos, but also your travel experiences, favorite places, cultural events, gardening, hobby videos and much more through the iReportér application. Follow the current topics we are in demand right now in the mobile app. We broadcast the best shots on Czech TV!
How to do it?
1. Download the iReportér application and register.
2. Start shooting: Click the red round button on the left side of the display.
3. Pause and resume: Press the pause button and resume again by pressing the red round button. You can record multiple shots in one video.
4. Save the video: When you are satisfied with the result, click the "Finish" button to proceed to the next step before submitting the video.
5. Photos: You can send us photos just as easily.
The iReportér application allows you to send videos and photos taken outside the application as well. You simply select a video from the gallery, fill in the title and description and send it directly to our editorial office, where our editors will process it. This procedure is the same for videos and photos.
Tips for a successful video:
- Shoot in landscape: The video looks better and is more suitable for broadcasting.
- Speed is key: As soon as you film an actual event (e.g. crash, fire), send us the video as quickly as possible. The sooner we receive it, the better chance it has of being broadcast on Czech Television.
- Correct naming and description: It helps us in processing and inclusion in the broadcast.
Once your video is submitted, it will be reviewed by our editors and we'll let you know if we use it on air.
