Its so terrible. The app running very slow, the UI looks bad, its hard to understand your order tracking system. When you place an order they find the courier first, not the closes retail in your area so it takes so long. Also I'm currently ordering 2 dzn, but the app super slow and not loading anything. Its been more than an hour and still dont know where's my order at :')
First time install because of promo that I wanted to order. Loading forever from morning, it just means that your IT dept didn't prepare well the server and the backend app. It just not ready yet for production. Just try it again to order.Now I can see the product,can add it to cart,but everytime want to see the cart,it always ask for login.Even after successful login,still ask for login when accessing the cart. Tap on profile make the app crash. I would very ashamed if I was one of the app devs
I can't set my location, I have filled up the form and set my address but it say the location is unreachable. Then, I try to use website but, the location still doesn't pop up. The map isn't build well. I am so dissatisfied with your app. Please build your app better, because i love jco.
