Works great, until it doesn't. Started crashing lately and I can't get to the calendar. This has shown me a problem- Jorte wants to hang on to your data- they will import but it seems impossible to export entries. Create something in Google and it will transfer to Jorte. Create in Jorte and it stays there. Now the app is crashing and I can't get to my information. I will have to manually move entries over by logging in to the web version. Still can't find an export feature.

This was my exclusive planner for 9 years, Premium member. When it wouldn't work, I needed to create a new calendar but the new calendar would not work properly. I contacted Jorte Support but it took them so long to respond I was forced to use another planner. They emailed me "fixes" but when that didn't work, they stopped responding to my emails. I have since had to move on to another planner permanently. I will no longer recommend this app like I used to. Take care of your customers!

In the menu, under Time Zone Lock, the entire listing of GMT and Locations are wrong. GMT-6 is Chicago/Houston (USA), not GMT-5. This is why all the reminders are incorrect and making me late or behind every day. I have to set the reminders 2 hours ahead to get the true reminder one hour ahead like I need it to be. The Time Zone when creating the events is correct, but the Time Zone Lock is not. I hope that makes sense. I love this app and have used it for many years. Please fix this mistake 😔
