Kalender.digital Description
Calendar.digital is a free online calendar for teams and groups with easy access via access links without logging in.
An access link is structured according to the following scheme: https://kalender.digital/68dbf6166ace2865ccd7
Each access link has a specific authorization. E.g. administrator, editor or reader.
Use the administrator link to manage your calendar. For example, you can save this link as a bookmark on all of your devices. You could forward the editor or reader link to your teammates.
Additional settings can be made for each access link. For example:
- Authorizations for certain sub-calendars
- Password protection for additional security
- Standard view of the access link
- String of the link. For example: https://kalender.digital/sport
In the dashboard view of the Kalender.digital APP you can add existing access links or register a new calendar. In this case, the administrator link is automatically added on the dashboard.
You can access the dashboard from the calendar at any time using the button in the top left corner.
To open the settings of a calendar, please open the calendar via the administrator link and then click on the gear symbol in the top right corner.
Calendar.digital is free in the basic version. You can activate additional functions via the paid Plus / Premium version. For example:
- Reminders by email or SMS
- Email notifications when appointments are changed
- Daily agenda by email
- Individual access links
- Additional access links
- Additional sub-calendars
