Good App. It does what I hoped for: slowing down the audio without distortung it. Also, a surprisingly high number of options. Good value for money! Minor issue: It considers files in a sub-folder as one complete audiobook, I found no option to change that. But adding this folder as a source dir adds each single file as a book, problem solved. Minor issue: I'd wish for a UI which feels more modern (think Audible). The look and feel is a bit too much on the nerdy side of things.

Hey, I only had a short window of time to review this app. So far I was happy with another audiobooks player with a very simple and clean UI. Unfortunately that one is lacking Chromecast support which is why I tried out Listen. From what I saw it is a fine audiobook player with the aforementioned lack of Chromecast support. I requested a refund. If you ever plan on implementing that feature I'll happily return.

I love this app. It is perfect if you love audio books that you own and don't want them streaming through services like audible etc. It even supports connecting to Plex so you can access your audiobook library remotely anywhere! I've used this app for years and always will. Thanks Devs for making the first app I have ever loved!
