The App has constantly system errors especially when you switched flights or made any changes to your original booking. It's also extremely restricted concerning the changes you can do in your own which means you're totally dependent on the hotline operators who'll tell you so many misinformation and you won't know until you're running into huge issues at the airport. Lufthansa was once top notch, but their quality went down hard since Corona and it's terrible that you get such little help!!
You need to enter your booking code every single time you open the app (if you want to use it as a guest). Nothing will be saved, very annoying... Besides, I needed customer service to change a previous booking. It was unresponsive, so I needed to cancel the flight and book with Finair. Finair was very helpful and responsive. Hope this will change, since we used a lot of government money to save this company. Best wishes
I have never reviewed an app before, but this time I just couldn't help it. The whole experience would actually have been funny, if it didn't happen under stress and time pressure. The issues: need to login again almost every time I navigate to another page; boarding pass download fails every time; the server is always "temporary unavailable", error code -1002. When clicking on a notification about a delayed flight or changed gate, I end up in an EMPTY mailbox and miss the important details....
