2 times I was charged for rides, I did not even ride in due to app errors and network errors. Many times, I have tried to have this issue fixed with customer service reps and was left with no resolution. I need this service, so that is why I still used it. it's cheaper than paying local taxis. and I get rides quick. Customer Service is lacking when errors happen.

This app frequently sends spam via Android notifications, and does not allow disabling them, other than disabling all of its notifications. Separately, the website is completely unusable, which is unfortunate because when I'm at the computer and want to look at my ride history or just add a tip, the last thing I'm going to do is go searching for my phone. It seems the developers are not even thinking about what they're doing anymore.

Very deceptive pricing. I've had the upfront price change on me multiple times, sometimes to almost double the price! My last ride, just moments ago, was quoted at $26 and when I went to tip it came up as $41! No extenuating circumstances, the price just jumped up $15 for no reason at all. I can't even dispute it until it's been 24 hours. Bottom line is they're going to charge you whatever they feel like charging and there's nothing you can do. Use Uber, at least their prices aren't lies.
