Precise cursor movement is not easy for touch operation.
MDTouch scroll by flick as a standard list, then tap the block you want to edit.
It's much easier to navigate than moving a cursor.

MDTouch is an editor, not a document management app.
It does not hold a file. It can edit any file which can access via Storage Access Framework.
