I'm still adjusting to using this method for my PT exercises. Maybe a tutorial would be nice to show how the different features work. I've been doing the trial and error system to figure out how to organize my exercises. There are times I wil lspilt my workout in two sessions during the day. But it doesn't log what I've done. So there's more I need to learn on this app. But I do feel that it's quite beneficial and helpful in a lot of ways towards getting to feel better.
The ap is good for the videos. However the timers are way off. The app clearly sees that the gold time is 20 seconds it says so on the right side. But when the countdown timer starts it's never 20 seconds or 30 or whatever it's supposed to be. For me it's usually cut in half. Also it doesn't tell you when you switch exercises. That would be nice since I listen to the queues more than I watch the videos. I've been use the app for almost a year and the times are very frustrating.
As I recover from ACL/Meniscus surgery, I worried that the PT at home would be hard to keep on a schedule. But this app, which has demo videos and times out the exercises, has really helped keep me on track. I am already able to hit some flexion and extension goals ahead of schedule. Just gotta remember to not push it as I heal, but this app has been such a huge help. I can even cast the videos from my phone to the TV, so I don't have to look down during the exercises. Highly recommend.
