Comments about Microsoft Translator Android Version
I only use for AUDIO. The camera feature is terrible, but the audio can't be beat by anything else I've found. I do wish it would allow ME to decide when to stop listening. The very short pause time it takes to auto turn off is annoying. Any pause in the speaker's conversation makes it think the speaker is done instead of just thinking of adding emphasis. I end up losing key parts of conversations because the app has decided to start talking to me.
Overall, the MT has assisted me in understanding foreign writings in blogs and comment sections. However, sometimes the translation is misconstrued or it won't understand English translations of words, at all. Update: This app can no longer distinguish the proper language to translate the original text, and, only provides a handful of correct words per sentence. It's become worthless.
Seems pretty fast but missing the main feature needed. There is no continuous transcribe to another language feature like in Google Translate. So in presentations, speeches, sermons etc there is no way for it to continuously translate what the speaker is saying. It pauses and thus will miss half of what is said. It's more designed for conversations.

Yes, Microsoft Translator follows the Google Play content guidelines to ensure safe use on your Android device.
What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the Microsoft Translator I downloaded is an XAPK file?
Open up
A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation.
The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process.
XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application.
On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.
Can I play Microsoft Translator on my computer?
