They have great customer support. I've been a returning customer. I had a problem with the adhesives since i bought the mixtiles wayback 2018 and i've moved to different apartment twice already. The customer support i talked to was so friendly and accommodating. Just need to improve the app i guess. Maybe you can add some basic editing functions in the app coz i had a hard time fitting my landscape pictures into the square tiles. I have to use a third party app doing this simple editing.

I just download and install and then I read the first page that says you aren't supporting Android anymore!! I don't have my computer with me all the time. I wanted to be able to upload on the go :(

Downloaded the app just to be greeted by a message stated they are "winding down" support for the Android app. Don't waste your time downloading.
