It will not let me vote for boys planet and like only boys planet. Idky. It just has a magnified screen I can't get out of, it takes too long to load and it's just a blank screen, and it has like a button, I assume, is used to go up of scrolled all the way down, but it just pops up something a the bottom and doesn't do anything. The app also usually kicks me out when I open it, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, all of that but it won't work.
Everything was going smooth; I was able to vote and look at all of the content that was offered. I didn't have any problems with unable to vote or major lagging; but for some reason some days ago when I opened the app trying to go back and vote, all that the app showed me was a white background with some names here and there all in one page, no option to see anything (a naked screen). Big bummer for me as I wanted to show my support to BOYS PLANET. Is it the app itself? Or is it my android?
I couldn't vote for many events (such as Mcountdown and Build Up) using my phone. I couldn't scroll nor tap to any menu there (Vote, Result, Live Chat, and also scrolling in "Information"). I've done clear cache, but it didn't work, then I re-install and login for my account, but still didn't work. I also change my internet connection from data to wifi, from wifi to data, but still didn't work.
