Moc Phat Portal Description
1. Objectives:
- Create a tool to exchange information between Moc Phat and partners on mobile devices running on Android and IOS platforms. On that basis, partners can look up order information, product information, view announcements, forums, feedback information for Moc Phat.
- Create tools to look up personal information, contract information, time sheets, pay slips for sets of employees.
2. Subjects of application:
- All partners of Moc Phat, including customers and suppliers.
- Employees of Moc Phat.
3. Main function:
3.1. Look up product information:
- Customers just need to install the App, no need to log in, they can freely look up information on all Moc Phat products, including: color board, film, smooth board...
- Products are displayed as images, identified by common color codes.
3.2. Look up order information, payment invoices:
- Users need to install the App and log in with the account provided by Moc Phat.
- Each partner will be provided with a unique account.
- Customers can only look up their orders and the invoices attached to the order.
