Got stuck in lessons c. Done uninstall and reinstall but still stuck at the same lesson. I heard so many good things about this app but unfortunately that was not what i experience. And after reading the previous comment, it shows that this also happens to others users as im also subscribe to this app. I hope this can be solved because my daughter is starting to enjoy the learning and seems like its easy for her to learn reading using this app
While my son enjoys the app, it has stopped working completely on my Samsung Note 10. I have paid for full version, and if a fix can be made I will update, but would like a refund if it cannot. The app completely locks up on start up and I have reinstalled multiple times.
Very disappointed with monkey stories. I've sent them countless emails with my device number asking for help in order to fix the issue of why it doesn't load the content and closes abruptly. I have 5 months ahead of paid subscription and it's useless, very much of the same with monkey junior. What a pity that they don't value their costumers and don't prioritize enhancing their communication channels
