I don't know why there's so many negative reviews for an app, that's currently very new and surprisingly even has support for English speakers (which I appreciate). I have to say, that so far I haven't had any issues and pre-subscription process went smoothly, although the ticket is not out yet, the whole look of the app and the registration process was pretty simple and nice.

All of sudden my Deutchland ticket was inactive due to payment issue. Updated my payment method - the process took few days. It made me to buy another ticket, and all of suddent they charge my payment. Now i have 2 same tickets. CS is unreachable, mail takes few days for response. Overall - very bad service.

This app refused to send any verification email, I tried with two emailsfor about 5 days now... Is there any technical problem going on? This is do frustrating. Maybe if this solved, I can give more stars
