The main features of Morse Master are:
- Text encoding to morse code and vice versa. With an intuitive interface you can write any text and immediately obtain its Morse code. Likewise, using the Morse sign buttons it is possible to enter the Morse code you want and generate the respective text.
- Configurable separator between words. You can configure the type of separator between words, whether it is double space or slash.
- Sliding window that simultaneously displays text and morse code. The display interface includes a window that simultaneously displays each character and its morse code, and can be moved by dragging your finger on the screen to scroll through the typed text.
- Playback of Morse code by sound and light. The playback interface allows the Morse code to be played back by sound and light from the telephone. In addition, playback can be paused at any time, and then resumed or stopped. This feature is integrated with the text and morse code slider window, allowing you to move to any part of the written text, and from there start the playback.
- Playback sound frequency. The frequency of the playback sound can be set in the range of 100 - 3500 Hz.
- WPM playback speed. You can set the WPM (words per minute) playback speed in the range of 5 - 50 WMP.
- Copy and share text and morse code. The interface includes the ability to easily copy text and morse code to the clipboard, or share it as well.
- Morse sound decoding to text. The app decodes to text any Morse sound source that emits sound in the range of 100 to 3500 Hz and up to 50 WPM, even if this source is mixed with noise or the signal is relatively weak. Additionally it has a display that shows the frequency spectrum of the captured sound and highlights the frequency when it detects Morse characters.
- Morse light decoding to text. The app decodes to text any Morse light source that emits light in a range of up to 20 WPM. To capture the morse light it uses the phone's camera which must be focused on the point emitting the light pulses. It supports the zoom option in case the point of light is at a greater distance.
