This is app is so damn frustrating. Doesn't back up even if you leave the app open. Doesn't matter if you're connected to wifi or using mobile data. It's backed up photos once the whole time I've had it. Since that one time, it gives notifications, saying go check your backup progress and it hasn't progressed at all. It's been on the same number for the last 3 weeks. It's utterly ridiculous. I do not recommend this app at all.
The app continually tries to upload any and all pictures and videos you can't pick and choose which one's. Then when you want to access them over a internet web browser you can't. My main issue is that it states that I have about half my storage used up but there is nothing that I can see in the app so I don't understand what is up with this service but it definitely needs some work for sure!
Worst decision i have made in a while. Switched to cricket & thought I'd back up my pics but this deleted ALL of my organization. Dozens of folders all gone bcz I let it delete the files from my phone. Would absolutely go back and undo if i could. Also can't manually sync. It constantly syncs random stuff i don't need to save. Have to redownload pics now if i want to share them from ig. Apparently i don't pay for CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED, so no recourse. HATE IT. 👎
