For the first the app was smooth especially the pay system, but after 3 months until now I can't even pay my bills. Whenever come to the last step or the payment it just comes out with black screen and showing only "500" on the screen.

Can't even pay. Not interactive at all. Only a home owner can register. Should just let us register and link an account. fyi, im trying to pay bills for my mom. I even try to pay without registration and a message pop out 'object reference not set to an instance of an object'. What's tht supposed to mean? Instead of pop out a nonsense why don't you just make a feature where you just directing my problem to a solution. Ketinggalan zaman betul app ni.

And each time i try to log in, i keep getting the same messages "your session expired due to inactivity, please log in to continue".. Yeah, like how do you expect me to keep on log in? Please help to fixed it, i think the previous ocs. Sesb is much easier to use.
