The app itself is great. The customer service so far and server quality is questionable. I have had a server for one week. The first two days it wouldn't connect. The past 4 days the server settings aren't taking effect in game. I opened a ticket on it over 70 hours ago. No one with nitrado has contacted me further on the matter in over 24 hours. They started strong but ended with a quick "make sure you stop the server before making changes" which I was already doing. Very disappointing.

Its absolutely the most frustrating task I've ever come to bear. After I've figured out how to change loot and how it spawns in the "types" section it's as if you have a whole work out session involving two fingers and trying to scroll through all the stuff in the file. And not to mention you might as well just change one tiny little thing and hope you get to be able to save it before the app crashs. It needs a option to search a certain place, item, thing and change it individually that way.

Horrible app. My other half paid for a year's worth. Stopped working after a couple of days. Haven't been able to do anything ever since. Servers were always shutting down randomly and had trouble restarting and showing up on the server lists. It's been awhile now so I wanted to try it out again and I just tried multiple forms of payment and it was not processing correctly. Just like many others have said before, don't waste your money!
