Comments about NOS Android Version
Until recently (the laste few weeks) this app was prima, 5 stars, but now it does not work with the app switcher. Every time I press the app switcher to go to a different open app, NOS shuts down, and I have to restart from the home screen. The same thing happens when I try to translate a word using Google Translate. I have uninstalled & reinstalled and rebooted several times. I would like my 5 star app back. 19 Nov: Gerepareerd! Mediocre app. Fair and efficient design, legible, easily navigable. Does what it needs to, but won't be good for long. Just about every update removes options for customizability. Also, the news widget features sooooooo much sports news, despite my choosing the non-sports widget. The widget also doesn't update now and then and lacks a 'jump to top' or 'refresh' button. Could be so much better. I'd love a widget you can completely cater to your own desires.
Updates makes things worse, no way to turn off any sports news, that stupid "tiktok" format videos that are forced vertically and zoomed in way too much... (Give us the option to watch those in landscape mode, like videos are supposed to). Luckily no weird bugs, good app performance and the news is somewhat good, but the things said above make it not a great experience... Edit: spelling
