The Compta.com Expense Note application allows you to:
- enter your fees: purchases paid by a personal card;
- photograph your proofs;
- calculate distances automatically;
- apply the tax scale for mileage allowances;
- send your expense report by email;
- Set up your expense categories: icon, VAT.
If you have a Compta.com account, to keep your accounts, you can also:
- resume your note on your PC, Mac, Tablet, thanks to a permanent synchronization;
- have your notes validated by the line manager (manager ...);
- automatically register your expense report in the accounts;
- and if a ComptaCom firm intervenes to produce your payslips, the validated expense report can be reimbursed with the payment of the salary.
