Despite checking numerous times over 48 hours, it remained in process until the virtual number expired. Then, OVO notified me of successful payment, which was useless as it was beyond the time limit. Despite contacting customer support multiple times and raising tickets, no solution was provided. I will uninstall
This app keeps closing after Android 14 update. I reported the problem to OVO team by email and attached screen record also. They could not solve the problem. Finally they asked me to install OVO app in other mobile phone. This is not a solution. So I uninstalled OVO app and stopped using it.
I need an option/setting to turn off promotions and advertising notifications. It's annoying. I don't care about it. I don't want it, and I don't need it. It was fine at first, but lately the numbers of notifications I received is increasing. I use this app solely for the convenience. I know you guys don't care, but just so you know that I wouldn't hesitate to drop this app. Sure this app has many features (that I don't even touch), but you guys can't even make a proper settings it's pathetic.
