Absolutely Terrible. Downloaded the app. Scanned the QR code and it shows that I have 12 photos (purchased at a premium price) in an album. 12 photos that I cannot see or access. This stupid app is worse than useless. It's too damned confusing and awkward to use. Who do I see for a refund for the money I paid for photos I AM YET TO RECEIVE!!?? (Edit: The photos did download. Eventually. - I added 1*. The app is still EXTREMELY confusing, awkward & lacks clear instructions)

it does work but needs some effort. it is slow and ckunky and I could not get the scan to work. The manual entry of the code did work but was slow to be recognised. I was able to download the high res versions of the images. Could do with improvement.

Update 13.05.20: Your staff insist on ticket when the ink could have already faded. And they ignored my last email to them. Been a month already. It is ok, I created my own digital images without bothering you. For such service it is not worth the purchase {this was before circuit break was in place in Feb 20}. (Could not retrieve pics from app, from web. And i think i have lost my code by now. Even gmail does not work once your google drive is full.)
